We had been in these apartments for 6 months, during this time, there was a kitchen fire in another apartment, and someone smelled smoke another time and pulled the fire alarm at 4:00 a.m. sending all of the tenants to wait outside for 45 min.This place is very dirty, especially the animal building...dogs bark, there's animal crap in the grass, not to mention, you can here everything that is going on around you...the walls are paper thin...no joke...there is never any parking near your apartment after 7:30 p.m.-We were getting out of our vehicle and a drunk tenant ran towards our vehicle hysterically...almost called the cops...trust me-RENTER DON'T GO THERE!
