I'm pretty picky. and out of all the apts I seen, Foresight were the best that GJ had to offer.
The management was friendly at first then they kept switching managers and it was imposible to get a hold of anyone.
Also, once I moved out they said that the deposit would not be returned to me for 30 - 60 days! I really didnt find that reasonable. I made sure i left the apt as clean as i got it and they picked things out "like stains" that were already there when i moved in.
Be really careful when you move in. Make sure everything is in writing because they told me that I would not be charged for cleaning the carpet because the stain was perminant and since they changed managers they said nothing was in writing and that they had to deduct if from my deposit.
