its ok for college students From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/11/2004 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2000   i lived here for 6 months in 2000, its was pretty spacious and didnt have many problems. when i first moved in, the bathroom and kitchen were not very clean. carpet was old. too many college students, alot smoking pot and drinking around the premises. not alot of parking, more spaces needed. never had a problem with the staff. the only bad thing is the college kids being too loud and too drunk EVERY night. noise level would be fine if they got rid of all the partyers.
