The landlord does not respond to the maintence issues, the weatherstipping on the front door has never been fixed in the 6 months I lived there. There is a pool and hot tub he won't keep up, as well as that building has mold growing in it and people are moving out because they are getting sick from the Mold Spores. Don't think to move here, he doesn't return your deposit either.
Although it is quiet and looks good on the outside, we have a Slum Landlord.
