I must say that this is the biggest mistake that low-income housing has made in Grand Junctcion, C.O.
The manager, Nancey Sours is the most hipocritical, self absorbed, gossip starting(slanderish), discriminating person I have ever seen in a place of power, so to speak. She believes unfair tenants of untrue stories and then spreads rumors with unreal and never any lick of proof supporting the accusations! I have lived here for almost six years and I am exremely great for having the recource available to me . But since I have lived here , Nancy and Mike,(maintenance) have developed a terrible reputation that is so unfair and shamefull with ABSOLUTELY NO TRUTH. Or anything to back it up instead run their mouths to everyone making it very difficult to remane a prideful mother and raise my babys around this --------! Plus because its all -------- talk, she then sets u up to get kicked out because legally she has no right!

I feel that if the landlord is so awful and the complex is so awful I do not understand why you continue to to stay and if she trys to kick people out and is doing so many illegal things why not complain to the housing authority or someone in higher authority to take control of the situation and get it resolved.
