Yes Nancy is a gossip queen and does make it a pain to live there but reberta is awesome.I did feel safe living here for myself only but not for my kids and wife. People are up at all hours of the night, there is alot of traffic coming in and out not many partys but alot of people who dont live there. There is a blown up car on the east side of the building that makes it look like the front lines of iraq its a very good temp. house but you could never make it your home. And if you dont live upstairs be prepaired to hear your nabors 24-7
