I dont understand why this low income complex manager would let the resident in #H34 live there when her mom is there illegally and helps her with utilities and foodstamps.And constantly has mariujana usage in her home with children watching. The office does nothing about it and refuses to kick her out when this woman causes problems such as allowing this woman to have a sex offender staying with her,(or at another residance) poses threats to other tenents such as attempting to pay some one to vandilize vehicals! this is outragous and should be investigated!
