As it has been stated that they seem good at first glance, However, living there for more than a couple months you really get an Idea how inadequate it really is. There are little laundry facilities. one or 2 washers and dryers for the 12 apartments in each building. It is also more expensive than other local laundrymats. When maintanence is needed, it would often take 2 or 3 requests to get them there, however the maintanance staff I delt with were extreamly pleasant and preformed the needed maintanance in a timely manor once they were informed of the issues. parking and lot security were a complete disaster. You can rent a covered space for $20 extra a month and that is really the only gaurentee you would have to get anywhere near your apartment unless you get home at 11 am. anytime after 3:30 pm and you are walking 3 buildings to get home. On the weekends there are people from everywhere in the neiborhood playing in the lots, setting off fireworks next to your windows and such as well as very loud drunken college students partying at all hours of the night and nothing seems to be done other than notes sent out telling tenants to "lock your cars" or "please be quiet" in very general announcemnets much like a spam email. Somethimes just posted above the mail boxes. We found a snake in our living room that struck at my dog and no one wanted to remove it. (even GPD animal control but that is another issue) Apon moving out we were given 2 incorrect quotes on the pro-rated price and it took them a month and a half to get us an estimate of how much deposit we would get back and its still incorrect with the final rent due (they say we owed $130 more than what we paid and marked our final $100 less than the check that we wrote and had cleared our bank). on top of that, me and my fiance spent 3 days in a cleaning frenzy cleaning everything (even under the stove and fridge that looks like it has not been cleaned in 5 years) making sure the cupboards, walls and floor looked better than when we moved out and they still charged us 5 hours of cleaning at $17 an hour, plus 2 light bulbs and $40 for blinds we replaced with new before we left. so from the $600 deposit we get $88 dollars back. If you have a pet they ask for $300 deposit and a $30 per month for pet rent, $200 from the deposit is non refundable. I left 2 months ago and still am dealing with their mistakes. I would make this one of the last places in Greeley to rent.
