My Daughter lived in Brentwood Park apartments in Greeley, CO for 18 months from 1/2007 to 6/2009. She kept the apartment immaculate and when she moved out, the management chose to keep 75% of her deposit for items that were basically made up. Things like 2.5 hours of cleaning on an apartment that was spotless, proposed damages that were non existant, etc.
I would strongly suggest that you look elsewhere for an apartment as these folks are keeping as much of the move in deposit from even their best tennants.
