Biggest problem I've seen is the overall maintenance of these apartments isn't that great. When we moved in the carpet looked like it had not been replaced or clean in quite awhile. There were a lot stains. One of the bedroom windows didn't have a screen on it. One of the bathroom doors doesn't close all the way. As far as the maintenance while living has yet to be seen because we haven't had any problems yet. Biggest problem that I've had is the water heating system. When you take a shower and have the water at the temp. you want, and all of sudden it will go blazing hot or ice cold for a good minute.

The good is we pay 575 for a two bed and two bath apartment, which in Greeley is a pretty good deal considering most go for over 600 or 700. Also UNC is only a few blocks away which is good for me since I am a student there. Neighborhood is fairly quite, you might have a few parties here and there. As crime goes it seems good, haven't had my car broken into or anything like that. Pets are welcome which is plus if you have any. Almost forgot to mention that there is washer and dryer hook ups in the apartment, there are no laundry stations.

I'm waiting to see what the summer will be like, whether it stays cool or get hot, during the winter the heating system did at good job of keeping me warm. Overall my experience has been pretty good, still have about six months left on my lease so we will so how the rest of it goes.
