This apartment complex is really gross and dirty. Cockroaches are infesting this place on a consistant basis. In the year we lived here we had the cockroach exterminator here constantly (and in different buildings).

The hallways smell horrible (they keep cleaning them, but they need to replace the carpets).

The apartments are in poor shape. Lots of half done repair jobs in various places. They DO NOT replace the carpet padding, rather just the upper carpets. The apartments STINK like cat piss.

The manager is really rude and very unprofessional. The residents can range from very nice to potentially harmful.

Electric runs from 40 - 110 depending on if you run your very small inadequate air conditioner.

The appliances vary from new to very old. The flooring is really old nasty tile/linoleum, carpet is the cheapest quality. The windows are nasty too. In the summer these little red bugs crawl out of the cracks into the apartments. The orginal windows have absolutley NO insulation left and are thin panes. The apartment complex went in and put another thin paned window in to fix the problem (instead of spending a little extra and having the windows replaced completely).

Cars have been broken into A LOT here. It is not in a very nice area at all. Residents surrounding the area are low income.

They also will not refund your deposit. Apparently they automatically charge a flat rate for cleaning regardless of the shape of the apartment (8 * $15/hr).

Rip OFF!!!
