Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
We lived there for 4 months and hated every minute. The entire complex was run by a 19 year-old manager with NO experience. The apartment was in terrible shape and vandalism was rampant. The apartment was filthy when we moved in. We cleaned it completely and even spent over 5 hours stripping and waxing the floors. When we moved out, they tried to charge us a cleaning charge saying that the apartment wasn't "up to their standards"! Don't expect to get back your security deposit. You would be better off living in your car.
