OUR ELICTRIC BILL AVERAGED $230
PER MONTH!!!! THE MANAGER AND LEASING WERE NICE, BUT THE ASSISTANT IS RUDE AND UNHELPFUL.WE LIVED THERE FOR A YEAR AND OUR NEIGHBORS WERE VERY NICE, BUT THE CAR BREAK-INS ARE A DEFINITE PROBLEM. THE INSULATION IS HORRIBLE AND THE DUCTS ARE NOT PROPERLY INSTALLED SO ALL YOUR HEATING AND COOLING GO TO THE NEIGHBORS. THEY ARE NOT THE WORST PLACE I HAVE LIVED HOWEVER EXPECT TO OWE THEM 6-10 TIMES YOUR DEPOSIT AMOUNT WHEN YOU MOVE OUT. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR THINGS THAT THEY DID NOT FIX FOR YOU WHEN YOU LIVED THERE, AND FOR THINGS THAT WERE NOT NECESSARY TO FIX OR REPLACE. RENT A HOUSE GREELEY REALLY HAS NO GREAT APARTMENTS TO CHOOSE FROM.
