We lived there for four years (to the day) in two different locations. From day one the staff and maintenance crew took exceptional care of our needs. Any issue was resolved within the alloted time. Every question was answered with honesty and a smile. They knew our names. We received both of our deposit checks back in full. We had our car stolen from us while it was parked on 11th but that was not their fault but they increased patrols in that area. They even allowed us to place a hold on a larger apt. until our current lease ran out six months later. - M. Anderson
