I agree with the last person. I lived in a beautiful apartment, but getting maintainence to fix things properly is a task all in it's own. I lived here from 2001-2003. During my stay there was a change in the property manager. The new manager thought she was going to get away with charging me a carpet cleaning fee when I move out. This was never stated in my lease! When I showed this to her, her response was that there were new rules! Well, if there are new rules added AFTER I sign my lease then they are not valid for me unless I sign a change of terms form! So she unhappily removed it. But still, she got me by charging me TEN DOLLARS for a light bulb that was burnt out in the oven even when I had bought a replacement from Home Depot and left it out on the counter for them!! The property is nice except for the first year I lived there. A drug addict lived next door from me and would invite guys from Greeley West High School next door to come over and smoke pot and whatever else drugs she did. The pot smell was so bad my apt smelled awful and I actually ended up transfering to a different unit because of it. She would also have sex with these kids which I also had to hear! Of course management did nothing about this and the police came occasionally but never did anything. The Greeley police like to turn a blind eye to people like this. Also, don't get an apartment that overlooks the pool unless you enjoy watching the college kids have sex in the jacuzzi at all hours of the night....oh yes, happened almost every night right in front of my balcony.
