I lived there for a year and had a very similar experiance to the other reviewers. Master bed heat did not work, and was raped with fees when I moved out, they pretty much recleaned everything i scrubbed and charged me crazy prices for it, then for a new paint job on flawless paint plus carpet cleaning. they even charged for things that where marked broken or dirty when i first moved in. the hot tub was almost always broken and if you work past 10pm you can never use it. There was some entertainment when the Greeley SWAT team came in and ripped two murder suspects out of an apartment. all in all a horrible experience that cost way more then it was worth, avoid like the plague!
