I too had a horrible experience at the Creek Stone Apartments in Greeley Colorado. My roommate and I were very quite college students who never had a problem with the complex until we moved out. They charged ridiculous fees for things that we cleaned. The apartment was in better condition when we left then when we arrived. The manager was very unhelpful and had already sent us to collections before we even got the bill! We needed touch up paint and were told that they didn??t know were it was so they would make a note of it and not to worry. That was a 125-dollar mistake. I even had my mom clean the kitchen and the manager basically called me a liar. She said that because we didn??t do a walk through that it was her word against ours. Nowhere in the lease did it say that we had to do a walk through. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
