We also had a bad move out experience with Creekstone. We thoroughly cleaned our apartment and also received a bill for very expensive cleaning charges. Future residents: If you choose to live here, inspect your apartment very, very thoroughly upon move-in. Document everything in writing, even things that seem small and petty. Submit all maintenance requests in writing so that you have proof later. The manager here is not flexible at all- don't assume that if you ask nicely she will accomodate special requests. Before moving out, demand that the manager walks through the apartment with you, noting items that she feels need to be cleaned. I hope this will save you a few hundred dollars.
