After being there a year a whole lot of problems arised. I thought we were safe and upon leaving found the patio door never locked like I thought it did. Very easily to break in front door. Couldnt leave patio blinds open even during day when owner/landlord walked her dogs took every chance she had to glare in the door. Asked several times about heat not being even through the apartment never came out to adjust it. Froze in my bedroom and sweated in the living room. Told me my place wasnt cleaned when I moved out which was a crock. I had cleaned the frig inside and out and the whole kitchen from top to bottom and the stove. Even drove all over town looking for new covers for the stove. They make you replace things when other tenants have used them for more then the time frame you did. You pay $200 deposit for your animal and then another $25 a week for them. You put out $500 for the year just for the animal then they have the gull to charge you more to replace the carpets when they do anyway, we seen them do it. They even charge you for the drip pan they use to paint there own place. There have been times when we literaly had to park clear over in another complex area and had to walk. They make it sound all rosey and nice when you first get there but watch out they are backstabbers. When you leave take pictures of the place and how you left it they will call you liars on how you left your place, wished I would have taken pictures. Rent was high for small place found better after my lease was up and yes after a few days late like other review you will find eviction notice on your front door. If your lucky along with balloons for your birthday whoohoo. Yea right if you can find other place to rent not here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
