I was in my last year of school and really needed a quiet place to live when I found this place. I was leery about it at first because I was under the impression that the neighborhood was not a nice one to live in due to its close proximity of the Greeley Mall.
I lived in the dorms or shared a house with roommates in the past, but this was the first place I really felt at home. The apartment was comfortable, and I was grateful for the large walk-in closet in the bedroom. I occasionally could hear my neighbors if they were being overly loud, and the water would sometimes change from hot to cold while I showered. Also, the windows are only single-paned glass and drafty. My bedroom window faced the parking lot and one of the entrances to my building. I could always hear voices of people and the cars in the parking lots.
The Manager and Maintenance was always very friendly and never neglected to do repairs. If I reported something to the office early in the day, it was usually fixed by that afternoon or the day after.
They have an outdoor pool that is well maintained, and there is a clubhouse with a pool table but I never used it. The clubhouse was my first impression, and it could stand some updating.
If it weren't for me graduating this last December, I would have stayed at Heatherway longer.
