I've lived in Greeley for five years and this has been the worst experience.
Hot water heater is broken almost every month, fire alarms go off all the time, noise from tenants and the local train tracks will kepp you up all night! We now have an armed security guard patrolling the premises at night and new locks on the doors. Nothing was ever posted about any of these changes and tenants are condemned by management any time a problem is reported (and there are quite a few to report). Parking is scary with downtownies looking through car windows and dumpsters at night... I new former tenants when this building was managed by another company, and the building appeared much nicer and was the reason I decided to move in, but Property Pain in the Neckhnica is AWFUL. Did some research and found out the 9th floor sprinkler went off causing thousands of gallons of water to damage many units...don't believe me' Just go check the Greeley Tribune Archives....much more to say but I'm too depressed to continue.....happy house hunting-elesewhere!
