I have lived at these apartments for over a year and they are absolutely TERRIBLE. While the outside looks great and the inside is nice, their way of handling things around here is horrendous. For example - when they built this place, they didn't take into consideration that families may have more than one car. So after a few months, they decided to start assigning parking. Bad idea. Not only do they assign you a spot a mile away from your actual apartment, they also charge you EXTRA if you need another spot. Everyone in the apartments tried to petition this but we didn't win. Their grounds-workers are SO rude - they cat call at women and whistle as you walk by. The management staff is also not very good at keeping up with their paperwork. While living here I have received EIGHT notices about how I needed to come in and pay for my garage even though I had been paying for it every month. Each time I got a letter I had to walk over with my bill and show them. And each time they promised me that this mistake would not happen again but yet it continued for months. It's like they have no filing system there. Oh, and every now and then, they have maintenance come to change your smoke detectors. They are allowed to enter your apartment when you are not home. This is fine except they rarely give you notice and just barge in. One time they entered while we were gone and whoever it was that came in TRASHED our apartment! There were mud stains all over our carpet from this person (the carpet there is off-white), and they knocked over some of our chairs. What were they doing in there'! And don't be fooled by the cool washer and dryer that is available inside your apartment - they don't work that great at all. The dryer takes two hours to get your clothes dry and the hose breaks easily. To put it simply, I cannot WAIT to move out of these apartments. Before you move here, look at the Arbor Garden Townhomes in Evans. They're bigger and CHEAPER and you get your own private garage. Wish I would have went there first. P.S. They said the walls are very insulated. YEAH RIGHT! You can hear people WHISPER in the apt. next to yours. Totally sucks!

I have lived at the T-Bone Ranch Apartments for almosts a year now. I realize that this was posted over a year ago, but things must have changed drastically since last January because I am 100% satisfied. The office staff is wonderful and genuinely care about the people that live here. The maitenance staff has changed quite a bit since I moved in, but the maintenance tech now is awesome. They have been in my apartment a couple times to change the smoke detector batteries and i would have never known they were in my apartment if they hadn't given us a notice saying they were coming in. Overall, I strongly disagree with the above review and HIGHLY reccomend living in these apartments. In my opinion, some people who have one (or even a few) bad thing happen in the long period of time they are living somewhere are probably never going to be pleased...what are you people going to do when you own your own home and something goes wrong?!

MeganDS is obviously an employee @ T-Bone because NOTHING has changed! I have several friends who live there and they complain about it all the time. Absolutely HORRIBLE! Renters beware - you are pretty much guaranteed NO refund on your deposit. Worst apartments EVER! Megan, I am 110% sure that I could deal with house problems better than T-Bone ever did!
