I lived at Peakview for 2 years. While it looks like a great place to live, the people who run it don't care about the renters. If you think you'll never have a problem go for it, but once you need somthing for get it. No one in the office communicates with each other, and lie after lie is told to you the renter. We got the apartment on a good rate however, I would rather pay more than have to argue with the people at the office and be called a liar and told that I don't have enough money to live there. (yes they do insult you) Not to mention the parking sucks. Every aprtment gets one parking space and if you want another, it will cost you. What happens if some one parks in your spot, well its up to you to figure out what to do. Other wise park accross the street in the Bed Bath and Beyond parking lot and walk in the dark accross a busy street with no lights by yourself, or better yet on the other side of the community park where there is no lights and ditches and walk to your aptment from there! Loud parites happen constantly and no not the manager nor the police will help, they just pass the blam around to each other. They say they are pet friendly, that is if you would like to run your dog around in a 10X10 fence to get excersise, because there is no where else to play with them, pay 300$ pet deposit and 30-50$ extra every month, and there are other fees upto 50$ if your pet is on the balcony, not on a leash, or if they suspect you didn't pick up after it. Other problems exsist like the staff not being helpful, and making you feel stupid, and not being friendly at all. The longer you live there the more you find out.
