When we moved in, we were so excited. We were told we could get an extra parking space for $5, but what they didn't say is how long the waiting list was. There was a break in and sexual assualt while I lived here, residents were not notified for a couple months. One morning I woke up and went outside to the street with a church on it and 7 cars had been broken in to. A friend had their car broken into 3 times, even while parked in their parking spot! We had three maintenance issues. The guys who fixed them seemed polite. They came and fixed the problem as soon as we asked. My neighbor's problems never did get fixed. If you move in, check the tile in the kitchen and bathrooms, the top bubbles off. I also have a suspicion that the building is not built to code, because when we were hanging stuff, the studs were not where they should be! The main manager seems heartless. The other two ladies working their are sweet hearts. The complex had a few cool give-a-ways, contests, etc. if they managed to tell you the correct day that they were on. Last summer they let an entire area of grass die, then put new sod back on. Our fireplace whistled. The opening deposit was cheap compared to other places. Watch your bill carefully to make sure it is correct. People through parties that were so loud, we could hear them in another building, people park in your space, and people don't really talk to each other here. Cable is included in rent, you have to get it, but that's ok. There is a mix of people- small families, college students, and older adults. Overall, I would say the place was ok, but not spectacular. I should've just saved my money, signed a short lease, and lived somewhere cheaper.
