Do yourself a favor & stay away from these people.
They are the most rude people I have ever meet. The mangers are just awful. They are nice until you sign the lease and then treat you awful. They do not follow through with anything. Parking is awful and the "towing company" never answers their phone. Constantly bill you the wrong amount and when you go up to ask them--they have no idea. Seriously, it is awful--they are so unoraginzed it become funny. I still get a late fee on my bill from the resident that lived in my apartment before me!
They still have not done a mantaince request from October of 06' because they are waiting on a "part". They do not keep the grounds clean--constanly beer bottles on the sidewalk, people do not pick up their dog poop and the "sound proof walls" are a joke. The parties are so loud and they do not enforece any rules especailly with the pool.
Seriously--consider going somewhere else.
