The Apartment complex is very good, but the people who run it are horrible. The managers are extremenly rude, speak with an attitutde and are not willing to help residents. Most of the times, the answer is NO and the reply is " We have to ask the manager". The manager is the rudest person of them all. The apartment charges are varying are upto the discretion of the manager. The rents listed on the website are usually lower that what they charge and the rent is usually increased in a matter of months..We stay in this complex since last 3 months and customer service has been pathetic. Though the apartments are really good we Would advice all to get all the terms and conditions and FIXED before moving.
Plus since we have joined, we have been receiving incorrent monthly bills. And when you go to check with them, they have no answers and say that the system has not updated itself....
