Peakview has been a nice place to live...it does have many problems though. The apartments are nice but the maintanence is horrible. Our drier broke and it took over two months for peakview to fix it. Our dish washer was broke when we moved in. The ice maker also crapped out. They outsource for maintanence, whom never tell you if they came into your apartment while you were gone...kinda scary. We have lived here for 15 months combfortably and wanted to renew month to month for various reasons. Come to find out rent doubles if you are planning on month to month. Ya, at least $1400...might as well just go buy a house. Anyways, Peakview is a great place to live if you: have pets, don't care if appliences work or not, don't plan on needing more than one parking space PER APARTMENT, have money falling out of your ass, or if you can only stand to live in crappy new construction.
P.S. If we get another blizzard you better hope you have nice neighbors or don't plan on working for a week.
And plan on paying $15 on BASIC cable no matter if you want it or not. (Or go through another company like dish network or direct tv.)
