These apartments were constructed in the cheapest way possible! I hear every step of my neighbors upstairs! The Peakview at TBone Ranch looks okay from outside. The ladies who work in the clubhouse are pleasant but non-responsive of complaints (probably b/c they have so many). T-Bone has a brochure that explains the "Apartment Features." Don't beleive the "Extra Soundproofing." BULLSH*T! I might as well live under a herd of elephants or in a tent in the median of Highway 34. I hear semi's and cars from highway 34 and it's a block away! Cheap-skates built these apartments and they cut corners in every way possible. There is no insulation in my unit, I promise you! I'm not a rich person, by any means... but the noise is so bad that I was forced to break my lease after living here for ONLY two months. Please keep looking.
