My roommate and I only lived here for 6 months but during this time period were treated poorly. The manager is very rude, unwelcoming, and does not communicate well. The communication amongst the owners of the property and the management is nearly non-existent. There is a huge lack of communication with the tenants as well. It seemed that every time we turned around they found a way to charge us more money for things that should not have been our responsibility to pay for. The office personnel/management can not seem to keep the records for anything accurate. If you give them money for anything, please, please, please get a sign receipt or you might not have really ever given them the money according to them. I do have to say that the apartments themselves are very nice and so is the property, but trust me its not worth stress and headache the office staff/management will cause you.
