Awful place to live

I have lived at Peakview for 12 months and cannot wait to move out. Most of the office staff is very unfriendly, the pool and hottub are never clean, parking is a disaster and people get very very angry if you dont park in your assigned spot. You only get one assigned spot per appt, if you're lucky you may be able to rent a second near your appt otherwise you are left to fend for yourself. The garages are horribly placed, non near your appt so they're not even worth renting unless you absolutely hate to scrape windows. Double check and triple check your lease before you sign, my fiance and I thought we were signing and nine month lease and turns out they had marked it for a year so we were stuck for an additional 3 months! The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors in the middle of the night. We were promised an upstairs appt and when we arrived we were given a downstairs in which all of our belongings did not fit b/c of the lay out. I would not recommend this appt complex to anyone unless you are truly in a bind.

I am also a victim of the Peakview Apartments at T-Bone Ranch. This review is absolutely and completely accurate. Excellent review, writer. If you read this comment & the other comments about this cheaply built apartment complex, and you still decide to sign the lease... well, what was the point of researching this crap-hole in the first place. You were warned.

Well, it sounds to me if you don't read your lease before you sign then you shouldn't really complain about it being longer than you thought. I signed my lease three months ago and if I'm not mistaken you actually initial right next to where is says the dates of your lease to make sure you understand what the lease term is. Also pretty sure you sign some kind of paperwork also about the parking prior to moving in so you aren't blind sided by it on moving day. Sounds like to me you are angry over your own mistakes and like I said I live in a bottom floor apartment with three college guys above me and have never heard them once. If you actually read these reviews it is very easy to figure out if the apartments are the problem or people who are angry at their own mistakes and saying bad things about a business on the internet makes them feel better, VERY BAD REVIEW, WRTIER!
