I agree with the person who said these apartments are cheaply made. Also the carpets seemed like they were just steamed and not really clean. there was stuff falling apart and only one rail on the staircase, which can be really dangerous if you are carrying children. The walls were just rolled over with paint to try and cover stains. I'm not sure about the whole complex but from what i saw i didn't like it. Maybe It has to do with the high expectations i came in with...friends said they were the "best in town". Nope not according to my standards...i'd rather keep looking. Oh yeah and there was dog poop all over the grass areas. Yuck! Not worth paying such a high price. OVER PRICED. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

I'm not sure what this person is talking about. I have lived at Peakview for 2 years and have never seen dog poop in the grass, and I have a dog and walk her everyday around the area to the dog park. Even the dog park is picked up daily!!!! You get what you pay for and trust me this place has been worth every penny!

Their sister property (Peakview by Horseshoe Lake) seems to be the same with the carpet, but it is not their fault...it is their hired contractor's fault.
