Our apartment was OK, there were a few minor issues like when we moved in the carpet was not in very good condition. The vinyl in the kitchen is a little bit tore up. Things that probably should have been replaced when old tenants left weren't, but over all it was pretty nice. After living there for a while we started to notice the little things like there is NO WHERE TO PARK if you get home after like 8 or 9 at night. They gave us one parking spot for the three of us. The parking lot and walk ways are not very well lit so walking through them at night is a little unnerving. I made my boyfriend go with me outside every night just so my dog could pee before bed because there were some sketchy people and random cars around. It is noisy at night. Good luck sleeping with your window open. The sound of people walking by talking and cars driving (mostly with their bass blasting) by is amplified by the layout of the apartments. Sound just travels through the parking lot. Since you can't sleep with your window open you better believe you pay for that in your electric bill in the summer unless you can sleep in 90 degrees without the AC. The staff is not very helpful after you sign the lease. Before they are all smiles and you have all their attention. Once that pen leaves the paper though you are pretty much on your own. Overall its not worth the money. Find somewhere better where you don't have to walk 10 minutes through a dark street and even darker sidewalks and if you so choose you can sleep with your windows open. I wouldn't live there alone, especially if you're a female. There are better places.
