I moved in there with a roomate. Things were great while we were there, they fixed everything fast when we told them what was wrong. But then came the point where we moved out. The landlords kept charging us for things that we didnt owe. The 90 dollar gas bill all of a sudden became 200 and things kept piling up. We never got our deposit back after I spent a week cleaning up the apartment my roomate trashed. Because of the untrustfulness I will never ever live there agin or reccommend anyone else to. The parking was great when the parking lot wasnt full. You can leave your car unlocked and nothing will happen to it. But if you turn your tv up so you can hear it the neighbors complain and send nasty letters to you. Oh and they favored 1 resident, a very rude girl who was allowed to have a cat for unknocwn medical reasons but no one else could have pets.

Cats are allowed here, which I know was before 2006-2007. Also, when it is time to move out, they want a 30 day notice of you not going to sign the lease. But that is the nice. thing to day anyway. Perhaps you shouldn't give this a low rating because your roommate trashed the apartment and your had crappy neighbors.
