Royal Gardens is a wonderful place to live. The price is unbeatable for what you get. I have just finished my one year lease on a two bedroom two bathroom apartment and it was a wonderful year. I would recommend this complex to everyone.
-Parking: Parking can get a little tight at times, but they do offer you a reserved covered parking spot for a little extra each month.
-Noise: I live on the second floor, and occasionally you can hear people walking around in the bedrooms upstairs if all is quiet, and of course you can hear the workings of plumbing, but nothing that is disturbing. No noise from the neighbors next door.
-Grounds: They have an outdoor pool which is open during the summer months which goes deep enough to actually have a little fun in (I think it goes down to around 8ft) but also comes as shallow as around 2-3 feet. There is also a free propane grill open for tenant use. There is also a covered sitting area with tables, a bench and chairs good for social gatherings and eating. Also, there is a park across the street for skaters and tennis players.
-Safety: It is a secure access building with buzz in access.
-Construction: This place may be older than it looks, has been recently remodeled.
-Maintenance: 24/7 emergency maintenance available, but just for the normal stuff, the maintenance guy is superb. Usually shows up at your door next day and makes quick quality repairs.
-The only real staff right now is the property managers, and the maintenance guy. As said before maintenance is second to none, and the guy himself is friendly and outgoing. I have yet to really meet the property managers since they have both recently started here at royal gardens, but we do get announcements (paper slipped under the door) letting us know what is going on with Royal Gardens, and trying to remind people of policies if they are being broken (Loud noise, non approved animals, and the such)
-Overall: If you are looking for an apartment complex, it would be hard to top this one for the price that you get it at.
