some freinds and I rented these apt. When we were looking at them the people in tne office were realy helpful and nice. But when we moved in everything changed. We were told the apartment manager was realy good about giving your deposit back that was a joke. The maintance was not very good u could put a work order in and it might take 3 weeks to get something done then it might not get done at all. You could see them and ask when it is going to get taken care of and they say i did't no anything about it then u talk to managment and they say u have to put a work order in which u already did and they can't find it.They have very bad commnication between each other.When our job finished we were moving we were treated like the trash under your feet. They chareged u for everything and ate all of your deposit to the very last penny.When u move here be sure u write every little thing down i mean everything no matter little or big.This was the worst place i have ever lived.The only plus living here is all bills payed.My freinds and i rented 9 apat. the air did't work at all u would burn up in there they only had 110 aircondtioners in there and they did't care if it was hot or not.They don't care about their tenants.there is so much more to say about this place but u get the idea.U might reconcider renting here.the parking is horrible.the noise is'nt bad.one more thing if u have a pet they charge u a pet deposit but when u move out they charge about 200.00 xtra for pet odor they say I know this they did it to me so what is the pet deposit for.
