Horrible Manager!

The manager Barb is incredibly rude! i ahve lived there for alomost two years now and I am apauled with her lack of professionalism and integrity. She is very cady and upon turning in rent or calling to fix something she acts very rude and seems not to care. In fact I have called several times about reocurring issues that she has not passed on to her staff. I can not believe she is still employed in a place of customer service! All jobs I have had stress the issue of being polite and never would I have thougth that a big company such as OMNI would have such an awful worker. Sara, the assistand manager is the complete opposite as Barb. in fact when I call i often block my number so if it is not her that answers I can hang up. She is very sweet and always asks how we are doing. Sara should be the manager and fire barb! The maintenence guy, Mel is nice as well. I believe he is over worked though being the only one there however he tends to get the job done within 24 hours. I cannot wait to move. Besides being cheap and in a great location it is not worth dealing with such a harsh, dark person as Barb! vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l

Barb is gone but so is Sara they hired a new manager but she is useless, NOTHING is getting done. The place is filthy and unsafe, whats worse is the only thing I liked about the place was MEL the maintenence guy and he left. He was always right on top of things, he fixed things right away. He put in a digital thermostate for me, weather stripped all my doors/windows and the new guy is lazy. I will miss Mel because often times I just went straight to him and asked for things to get fixed, I didn't even ask the manager.
