When I first walked into the club house to gather information about West Park Village Apartments I was met by "Francine" who seemed nice enough, until she sat me down and we started talking.

The first question out her mouth was "are you a full time student'" "Yes" I said, and she said I would not be able to live there because I would need a "full-time" income and they would review it to see if I "qualified." Great, not even five minutes in the door and she made me feel unwelcome and "brushed-off." Are they allowed to turn away people like that' Way to go "Francine."

I told her she would not have to worry about that because my parents would sign the lease-if I was interested in living there. Obviously, college students are not welcome at West Park Village Apartments.

Even if the kind of student that could afford living there is not your average run-of-mill student and is looking for quality housing in the Greeley area. Like ME. I know there are more like me as well.

When I started asking "Francine" questions about the property I felt rushed and like I was wasting her time. She was rude, un-personable, she did not seem urgent or passionate to sell properties at all. I felt like I was interrogating her for information.

Thanks "Francine," for showing me what your establishment is really like BEFORE I moved in. I will take my business elsewhere.

Its hard to believe that I was turned off so early in the process and honestly I have never been treated like this before. I felt very generally offended when I left.

I know its SO SO hard to find housing in Greeley, but find somewhere else to live. These people seem awful and are not put-together at ALL.

I live at West Park Village now, have for about a year now and the place SUCKS, you are right they are rude. I am a full time student but am a single mother so I "get" to live in this s**t hole.
