Okay, so if you've looked around Greeley, you've probably come across some great and not-so-great reviews of apartment communities. As the new Property Manager here at West Park Village, it makes me very sad to see some of the previous reviews that have been written by less than happy residents. This is something that I have been aware of since before accepting this position and something that I am committed to changing. Terra Management Group is the new management team for this property and I can assure you, our focus is on the improvement of our community in each and every way. Our management and maintenance staff is caring, courteous and responsive. Our screening process is set up to deny applicants with criminal histories. We also have some great events planned for the summer which include a reading program for children, community picnics and a neighborhood watch program. My personal goal is to build an exceptional sense of community here at West Park Village and so far the response has been great! We are also going to be re-painting the exterior of the buildings this summer and offering some unit upgrades like accent walls, so watch for a new and improved appearance as well! It's not just a few of us that are unhappy, and the new office manager has been unhelpful and even snobbish and rude. I always speak to the assistant manager, as to avoid the bad attitude held by the manager.

In response to the reply above. Your response sounds spiteful and catty. Should you have actually ever had a conversation with the current manager, you would have had a pleasant experience. Sounds more like you are going by the word of others instead. The current manager has always been helpful and courteous. Unless of course you are just spiteful for being fined or warned about something you shouldn't be doing.

From Happy 2. Your right Jennet is very nice.She is only doing what her boss is telling her to do.If you have a job and your boss tells you to do this and that,if you don't do it,you word not have a job.If you want to live in dump go live some place else.I looked at alot of places before moving here,and for the money this very nice.So if you don't like it,i guess you will have to go some place else
