If you want to hear your neighbors showering, flushing their toliets, running their water, and doing other things I will not mention then I suggest you do NOT move into these apartments. Pay the extra 100 and move into some place newer and nicer. These apartments have not been remodeled since the 70s(at the latest) the paint is chipped...oh how can I forget to mention the little friends that come out of the bathtub, sink, and get all over your windows when it gets hot out. Be prepared to have a huge can of bug spray with you when you move in. Also the kitchen is smaller than a walk in closet...I could go on and on...the bottom line is unless you are dirt poor, do not live here.
