I lived at the Willows for a year, and about 4 months, and I have to say my overall experience was pretty good. It's a good place for college students because it's real close to UNC, and also real close to everything else, the mall, wal-mart, restaurants, and other places are just up the block. The staff is very friendly, never had problem with them, when something needed to be fix they fixed it very quickly. There was always plenty of parking spaces. The living room is big, and same with the dinning area, although the rooms are a tad small.
Some of the down falls of this apartment, the biggest one is that there is a lot of car break ins for some reason, I had mine broking into and pretty much all my roommates had theirs broken into too. As another person mention that they had a bug problems, I have to say we never did, just occasion spider or whatever here and there. Another thing is that the apartments seem to get very warm in the winter, and stay warm in the summer, so pack some extra fans. As the other reviewer mentioned that you can hear the other people take showers and use the bathroom, that is true, you can hear the person's every move. I might add in to, that there's only 2 cable hook ups, and one of ours didn't even work, so we had to run cable from the living all the way into the other bed rooms.
But like I said before, I had a good overall experience, now that I live in a different complex. Honestly I can say that I miss the Willows, and if I had to move back, I would.
