Vintage corporation is an evil corporation. They will take your security deposit even if you spend 3 days in an empty apartment cleaning every nik and cranny. They do not care about their renters, they care about 1. Their money 2. Their property and not 3. their tenants. It wouldn't matter to them who you were (as a tenant) unless they knew you were capable of taking them to court for their inappropriate business practices. The apartments are alright - a step up from most places in greely - but the parking lot is very unsafe. If you are on the top floor - watch for leaks in the roof, also, watch for waiting 10 years for them to fix the leaks in the roof. You can tell by the dipping in the ceiling if it's a bad roof or not. Don't expect any sympathy if something goes wrong in your apartment - like a deduction on the rent or anything. Complete -------s - I will never rent from them again.
