Nice place to live - I lived here about three years ago, but I understand it is under the same management. This is a great place to live, especially while going to school. I never had much trouble with parking, I suppose there were certain times of the day if you came home you might not get a spot, but finding a place to park on the street usually wasn't difficult. Dont move here. A very unsafe place to live, thugs walk the parking lot at night. all the hallways smell like rotten fish. any time you have problem and you call the manager she just tells you she doesn't know how to solve the problem. Manager has her favs. lets them get away with breaking

NIce Place to Live I lived here for 3 years and I enjoyed my time here. It was clean and quiet . THe girls at the office were very kind and when I had a repair the maintenance guy would come out right away. Only bad part it that pets are not allowed.

Not worth the money Yes, the apartments are spacious and mine is more updated than most. You can hear everything through the walls, even neighbors going to the bathroom. I can feel the bass from music on the basement floor and I live on the third. Also, you "share" the utilities

THINK ABOUT IT I LIVED AT ROYAL GARDENS FOR A HALF A YEAR AND I AM GLAD I DIDNT SIGN A WHOLE YEAR. THE MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE NOW IT ALWAYS SWITCHES SO IF YOU WORK WITH ONE EXPECT THE NEXT ONE TO GO BY THE BOOK AND NOTHING CAN BE DONE. THEY NEED MONEY BAD AND KNOW THE ONLY WAY TO DO THAT IS SCREW

Great place for a single I lived in the Willows for a year after I graduated from college it was a great place to make thte transition from college to adult life. It was kept clean, never had any problems. Staff was great, pretty quit, good facility .
