Country Club West 60% Recommended Apr 22 2008: I had a year lease at Country Club West and wished I was never in a lease to begin with. My apartment was on the bottom floor so in the summer I rarely had to turn on my Air Conditioning. Peakview at T-Bone Ranch 16% Recommended Apr 17 2008: I have lived at t-bone for 9 months and have never had an issue. After reading some of these reviews I wonder why people post this stuff. Parking is tough because nobody obeys the reserved spot thing, so that pretty Peakview at T-Bone Ranch 16% Recommended Apr 14 2008: I have lived at Peakview for 12 months and cannot wait to move out. Most of the office staff is very unfriendly, the pool and hottub are never clean, parking is a disaster and people get very very angry if Country Club West 60% Recommended Mar 24 2008: Thay didn't even check my credit or anything and still carged my credit card. This was even after I told them to cancel it. Gateway Place Apartments 43% Recommended Mar 03 2008: If you happen to be looking at Gateway, I would hope you reconsider! We moved here and felt safe in the nice "quiet" area. The staff assured us it is a very safe neighborhood, and let us know if problems |
