OK The apartments are ok for the price. The kitchens are VERY small. My wife and i hated the kitchen so much that we rarely cooked in it and put off dishes quite a bit. its such a chore to do anything in the kitchen. The air conditioning was also less than adequate.

Nice place I have lived at t-bone for 9 months and have never had an issue. After reading some of these reviews I wonder why people post this stuff. Parking is tough because nobody obeys the reserved spot thing, so that pretty much is their own fault. I have amazing neighbors and one of them

Worst Experience I have ever had The staff is rude, if they make a mistake they make you feel like it is your fault. I had my windows leaking into my house and it wasn't even looked at for months. I had other broken things in my apartment and it took over a month to even get them looked

DO NOT GO IN THERE!!!! As most of these other people, I scrubbed for two straight days (b/c I had been warned). My husband and I were perfect residents... no problems, and we received a bill for the EXACT amount as our deposit. Coincidence... I think not!
