I have lived here for almost a year now and have had relatively no problems. Yes, the parking garage is a pain because of the speed bumps, but it is nice to have covered parking. Management has been great about fixing all my maintenance requests quickly, even on the weekends (they responded in less than 20 minutes and fixed the problem right away). My apartment was clean and in good shape when I moved in. No problems with neighbors, but you can ocassionally hear the people moving around upstairs. That comes with any apartment. I am renewing my lease to stay here another year.
