We checked out the reviews before we moved. We had discussed our observations with management. We were told we would not have any problems. Our apartment was not ready. Missing and broke blinds. Leaking faucets. Cupboards were flithy. Appliances pulled out of place and not clean. When we asked numerous times for repairs to be made the staff took it apon themselve to cancel work orders. Some of the repairs were done, but it took them 5 months to complete very simple tasks. The management is incredulous. Facilities are a lot smaller than they look in the pictures. Other residents are rude about aquiptment use. The building itself is poorly made. Every night we go to bed we hear the upstairs neighbor moving around in their bed. You can hear the downstairs neighbor playing music. You can hear people walking on the stairs outside the apartment. You can hear the water move through the pipes inside and outside in the halls! The building seems to be filled with mainly single 20 somethings. Weekends are horrible with noise.
