Pinnacle is OK for the price. Crown moulding in the apartments, and halls.
It did take them a week to fix a broken shut of valve on the cloths washer connection. They cut into the wall and never repaired the wall but its in the laundry room cant really see it. Took them 6 months to add us to the computer for maintenance calls. There are Lights burned out all over, calling their service dept. does not help.The grass is brown in the summer. not enough water..the water feature in the court yard is only filled with enough water to make it pump about half the time. There is always trash in the dumpster area. Trash cost an extra $8. per month and it piles up.
The SPEED bumps in the parking are horrible. 4 bumps per level. guest parking is on the 5th level.The parking garage is beginning to be cluttered up with trash,ie car parts, wood, and true trash.
The staff is nice but always changing..no one still from 9months ago. there is only one printer in there business center that works.
Were on the top floor. no noise problems. but you can hear people stomping the snow off there feet.and Talking. All and all better then most for the price range...were staying for another lease term.

I agree with the previous post. Fairly quiet here, except in the summertime when people go out on their balconies to socialize at 2am during the week. This is a real problem- all of the balconies face each other so there is also nooo privacy. I have also had major issues with my heat here. I have never used it and I am still being charged $70/month in gas bills for a 1-bedroom!!!! I have complained numerous times to the energy company and still no action. I even tried to get my gas turned off and they wouldn't do it. Overall, okay apt. community but I think you could do better for the high rent.

I am currently still living in the pinnacle. I have had past issues with the heat. I have a 2 bdrm and keep my therm at 65 degr and was charged 225.00 two years ago I filed a complaint with the PUC at their website. what happend was they changed our meter out and didn't reprogram the meter correctly xcel started averaging our bills versus what we used. I suggest for anyone having problems with their xcel bill to file a complaint with the PUC at their website they will have xcel review your bill and respond within 30 days I made the mistake of calling xcel customer service they are worthless. Maint is ok they came in a reasonable time but took 4-5 attempts to fix the issue. I HATE... LOATHE the parking garage they were suppose to smooth those out over the summer but that didn't help. I do like the exercise room and basketbal ct the free yoga classes are nice. And i like the DTC location it's close to my job and daycare. Overall ok.
