Today and yesterday the temperature in Denver was In the 70's. 75 today..It was a wonderful day to go swimming...when I got to the Pool it was like ice water... It is supposed to be a year around heated pool..They can't say that the heater is broken because, the heaters were replaced late last summer..The heaters were still sitting at the trash the last time I looked. I'm sure if I asked in the leasing office I would get a long story of why-as always...they are saving on the gas bill I would guess.

on top of rent there is a trash chargeof $8/month, water bill runs $20.00 a month. Xcell bill about $70 a month with the heat on 67 and A/c at 75. Parking is horrible with the speed bumps.

Then after this was written the pool was drained....it took them 2 weeks too fill it back up...and its guess cold....
