pinnacle is nothing special..

The Pool and hot tub are cold until July. The grass is full of dog do. People use there balconies for storage.

The lease states that balconies are for patio stuff only but people use them for storage any how. You can't have a real Bar-B-Q, only the 2 lb. propane tanks are allowed. The parking garage is a joke. Lease states that cars must be moved every 72 hours or it will be towed.

I think they built the apartments with no insulation. The heat bill and a/c bill are the same as my brothers house..around $90. a month. heat is at 65 degrees and a/c at 75degrees.

This seems correct. The fountain in the courtyard has a green hue to it. I"m sure it is full of mosquitoes...Hope they don't have the West Nile. If the fountain was running this may not be a concern...however it is hardly ever on...right now is has not worked in 2 weeks...
