This might have been a decent ECONOMY option for the DTC/Greenwood Village area at one point, but they've priced and serviced themselves out of that distinction. I've lived there for about a year and can't wait to move out. Bottom line, they suck at their jobs.
They have no idea what the word service is, they have no idea how to professionally speak to people, and they have no idea how dumb they sound when they're trying to screw you over. The least of their problems is that they'll say there aren't spaces available on lower floors b/c the staff are usually taking up one or two and that they NEVER replace the plastic bags for picking up dog crap. The printers never work in the business center, the tv's don't work in the gym, and the pool and hottub are never warm, or clean, for that matter, even though it's a year-round 'heated' pool.
This is the least professional and competent staff I've ever dealt with at an apt. community and I'll recommend that my company terminate their existing partnership with them.

I agree This posting is right on...also as you drive around there are so many places empty..You can see in because they seem to leave the lights on in the empty apartments...guess they like contributing to the co2 emissions. they leave the a/c on in the empty units also.. Exit sings are falling out of place hanging by the wires, the fountains are filled with green water/algae. the TRASH is very bad. with this 100 degree heat you have to hold your breath as you walk by.
