I just renewed for a 2nd year so I will give you the run down:
Parking: you are assigned a parking spot, mine is pretty convenient, some are not as much but they are all covered which is great. It's $30/month if you want 2 (for a 1 br apt. that is). My only complaint would be guest parking, it's all the way on the top of the garage and it literally takes 5-7 minutes for someone to get up there with all the speed bumps.
Noise: I haven't had many problems with noise. Once at 4:00 a.m. when some teenagers were out by the pool but they left when I said something to them. Other than that, just my dishwasher makes noise!
Grounds: The complex is in a strange spot. The surrounding area is still being developed so it's not kept at all but directly on the property I have no complaints. The pool was just recently (this summer) resurfaced, it can be cool but it's a swimming pool, it's outside, what do you expect' I am very happy with the way the grounds look, and people are generally pretty considerate about picking up after their pets, which is great!
Safety: I always feel very safe in this area and in the complex. Only one thing I would suggest to management, since I've lived here there have been 2 fire alarms and I know there were actual fires cause I smelled smoke both times. I wish management would include something in their newsletter about the cause and what actually happened to put me, and my neighbors, at ease.
Construction: You get what you pay for and at Pinnacle DTC you pay for a Greenwood Village address. The apartment LOOKS nice but it's cheaply constructed. As long as you're not expecting granite counters and hardwood floors I don't think you'll be disappointed.
Maintenance: Maintenance problems are fixed quickly but not well. So they have to keep coming back. Also, making a request is a pain as you have to call and have it fixed instead of submitting something in person or online. I waited on the phone for 40 minutes to have my drain unclogged only to have it reclog 5 days later.
Staff: Very friendly in my experience. Talk to Eric, he'll take good care of you!
Overall: My last thing is about the gym, it is small, VERY old equiptment that actually makes my joints hurt, dirty equiptment, but there are enough tv's in there that you can watch whatever you want while you work out. The upside is that with a Greenwood Village address you get a serious discount at Greenwood Athletic Club less than a mile away.
Keep in mind these are all my experiences, everyones is different. I will move next year simply because I am accumulating too much stuff and my 570 sq. ft. apt. will not hold it. Plus, next year rent for my tiny apt will probably skyrocket to over $740 which is just too ridiculous. But again, you pay for the location here.
