For the price of these apartments (very high, I could have a house) I expected more. We've been let down totally by this place and will not renew our lease. Parking garage stinks, nice that it's covered and that's it. People are rude and drive fast and almost hit you around the corners. We've seen a car that was hit, atleast there was a note left. Trash chutes, HORRIBLE. Some people don't know how to use it and just drop their trash in the room. The hot tub worked great for the first 2 weeks we were here and has been broken since,(that was June, we're in Jan 08' now). They keep telling us it's being worked on, or the parts are on back order, or the contractors quit and they were looking for new ones, always a new excuse. I need the hot tub for my back and this is very disappointing. We were looking forward to a year-round pool, but you're lucky if you can get in it on a hot day because the water is so cold. The apartments 'state of the art' includes cheap dishwasher, sink w/o sprayer, no light in the living room (You get that if you re-new after a year), only 2 electrical outlets in the master bathroom located under the medicine cabinet against the back wall by the large mirror(you can't use the glade plug ins) I asked if they could add a 4-outlet on the opposit wall and they said that it would over load the electrical jacks. There was paint all over the carpet and trim, linolieum, and tile (its nice that it's not just white walls though). The kitchen floor was patched up and not very well and very ugly to look at. When we rent the movie room, someone locks the dead bolt so we can't go in there and we can't find the security guard to open it, very diappointing.The company that you pay the water bill to SUCKS and charges $5 admin fee every bill standard, and $10 late fee. I send my bill in on the 2nd of the month and it's due on the 8th or 9th and they haven't cashed it and it's the 19th and they charge me late fees because they can't cash a check. I'm sick of this place. Although the staff is nice, I just don't think they really care.

All True. I moved out also. This place is horrible. DON'T EVEN GO LOOK!!

you forgot that now they have one little dumpster for recycling. What a joke this thing is so small it fills up faster than the trash, and guess where they put it? in the parking garage. the year round pool currently has ICE on it. What a JOKE>. Water pipes are breaking in this cold weather because they have so many empty apartment with no heat on. Hope one doesn't break above you. There all plastic so the freeze and break faster than copper pipes.

Do Not Fall Victim To A Pretty Face. This place looks good on the outside but man, it is completely a renter's nightmare. A year I wasted here, I am still pressing a lawsuit.
